Potatoes are good. Beer is great. Together they are good great!
This recipe is super simple and requires little labor. You will need the following:
- 3 Large Russet Potatoes
- 1/8 Cup Olive Oil
- Herbs de Provence to taste
Preheat Teflon frying pan. Mix olive oil, potatoes and Herbs in a large bowl and transfer contents to frying pan.

Cook potatoes to a golden brown. Carefully plate hot potato cubes using a thick napkin to help sop up excess olive oil.

Leaving the napkin on your plate is optional. I prefer to leave the napkin on it to make washing the plate easier, but that’s just me.
Don’t forget your favorite beer! I prefer an ice cold Guinness with my potatoes.
